Nature and Wildlife
“Which of my photographs is my favorite? The one I am going to take tomorrow.”
Sperm Whale
I still can feel the excitement when I for the first time came that close to a whale. Breathtaking!
House Sparrow
This little fellow sat on my porch, enjoying a sunny autumn afternoon.
Way to Hovden
What a reward for climbing that mountain.
White-tailed Eagle
In gaelic they call this Eagle “IOLAIRE SULAIRE NA GREIN - EAGLE WITH THE SUNLIT EYE”, isn’t that beautiful? And fits to an old legend, translated of St. Augustine, which states that the eagle is the only animal which can look into the sun without getting hurt. "The sun invigorates the eyes of eagles, but injures our own."
Swans - November Rain
Unwearied still, lover by lover,they paddle in the cold. Companionable streams or climb the air;
Their hearts have not grown old;Passion or conquest, wander where they will,attend upon them still. (William Butler Yeats - The wild Swans at Coole)
